Delivery Timeline

It is our goal to get your order to you as quickly and seamlessly as possible. In the same way, we understand that life doesn't always work according to plan, which is why we accept returns.

We offer free delivery to the following locations in Lagos;

  • Gbagada & its environs
  • Yaba& its environs
  • Surulere & its environs

We also offer free delivery across Lagos on orders over N30k and across Nigeria on orders over N50k.

Definitely worth the wait

Depending on the product and prescription you order, delivery time can vary.

Non-prescription and low prescriptions glasses:

Glasses with no prescription, or with a low prescription between -5.00 and +4.00 and a cylinder no higher than -2.00, will be delivered to you promptly:

Lagos

  • Standard blue-light, anti-glare, plain and/or sunglasses: 1-3 business days
  • Single vision glasses: 4-7 business days

Other states

  • Standard blue-light, anti-glare, plain and/or sunglasses: 3-5 business days
  • Single vision glasses: 7-10 business days
  • Other factors to be considered includes the type of add-on requested, e.g (blue-light, anti-glare, photochromic, standard white or a hybird of all)

High prescription glasses:

The production of glasses with prescriptions outside the above range (over -5.00 and +5.00 and a cylinder from -3.00) takes longer because they are more complex. It will take the following time to deliver:

Lagos

  • Single vision glasses: 7-10 business days
  • Multi/bi/vari focal lenses: 10-14 business days

Other states

  • Single vision glasses: 10-14 business days
  • Multi/bi/vari focal lenses: 14-18 business days
  • Other factors to be considered includes the type of add-on requested, e.g (blue-light, anti-glare, photochromic, standard white or a hybird of all)

Gift cards & accessories

A digital gift card will be emailed to you once it is purchased online. Physical gift cards are not available online (for now). The following timeframes will be followed for the processing and delivery of other accessories:

Lagos

  • 1-3 business days

Other states

  • 3-7 business days

Unable to receive your order?

You should get an email from us once your order has been dispatched and you should also get a phonecall from our partenered logistics partner in order to schedule your delivery. If you missed your delivery, please get in touch with our support team and you would be assisted.

Please note;

You would be required to pay another delivery fee if;

  • The rider is unable to reach you after getting to your location for delivery
  • You are unavailable for the delivery and we werent notifed early to schedule another delivery

We deliver outside Nigeria, but depending on your country, you might be requested by customs to pay a customs fee which can vary from countries.
