Refund and Returns Policy

Mint Eyewear endeavours to offer high-quality, super affordable and classic trending glasses for you. It will go through at least 3 times of strict quality inspections before handing it to you to ensure that you get a satisfactory product. However, something unexpected may happen, which will lead to a defect in your glasses or accessory. Please feel free to contact the customer service centre, we will be certain to deal with it appropriately to give you a pleasant purchasing experience.

1. If you receive defective glasses(excluding those caused by accident, or improper treatment) within 3-5 days of receipt of delivery. Please contact Mint's Customer Service Center in time to request a replacement. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear to the frames, lenses, or coatings. We will give you the discount coupon to buy another glass on our website beyond 3-5 days of receipt of delivery.

2. You have 3-7 days from the date you receive the glasses to contact us if you want to refund or return them for any reason.

Warranty

Just in case something goes wrong...

There is a 7-day warranty (after receiving the products) covering clear defects in material and workmanship, and a one-time replacement will only be offered if there are clear defects in quality and material.

The Customer Service Team must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the product if there are any problems with the items. This includes disliking them, having changes to the size, or having uncomfortable prescriptions. Otherwise, no claims will be accepted.

Some exceptions though...

Our warranty doesn’t cover the following;

The warranty period lasts for seven days, but we take a general approach to glasses damaged during that time: If the product is defective, we will replace it for free. In the event that the same item is no longer available, we will exchange it for something similar or refund you.

If you made a mistake during the order, you could contact our Customer Service Team to get a special discount for future purchases or a partial refund to the original payment account (debit/credit card or bank transfer).
